Log into your ebebek account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn clothing back into its original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective hygiene seals remain intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
